1) I bought a ticket, but it didn’t arrive by email. What should I do?

Most likely, the email went to your “Spam” folder or the “Promotions” tab in your mailbox. If you truly did not receive the ticket email, please write to us at support@melnitsa.org and include your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used to pay for the tickets.

2) I bought a ticket but only received a payment receipt. Is that the ticket?

No. In addition to the payment receipt, you should receive an email with the tickets, which grant you entry to the concert. If the ticket email did not arrive, please contact us at info@concert-media.com and include your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used to pay for the tickets.

3) I made a mistake when entering my email address. Can you send the ticket to the correct email?

Yes. Please write to us at info@concert-media.com and include your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used to pay for the tickets.

4) I accidentally deleted my ticket. Can you restore it?

Yes. Please contact us at info@concert-media.com and include your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used to pay for the tickets.

5) I want to return my tickets. How can I do this?

6) Is it possible to exchange a ticket / tickets for different seats / date / city?

Such requests are reviewed on an individual basis. Please send your order number and details of what you need to info@concert-media.com

7) Is it possible not to print the electronic ticket and show it on your phone at the entrance?

Yes.
